Facilities- Part-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable facilities role to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and presentation in various areas interior and exterior, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all guests. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform a variety of duties effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Based upon experience

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Duties

• Actively demonstrate consumer engagement actions and behaviors.
• Respond to and engage guests to meet or exceed service expectations.
• Assist with basic facilities tasks as required in example event support/set-up, interior or exterior plant care/maintenance, light painting, and light-bulb changes as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in commercial settings.
• Maintain service halls, sidewalks, and floors for guest safety keeping them in good working order and presentable at all times.
• Supports parking lot needs, light snow removal, ice treatment, and lawn care activities.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and stored properly after use.
• Report any operational, safety, or cosmetic issues to management promptly.
• Collaborate and communicate with team to ensure positive morale, efficient workflow, and high standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrate engaging guest behavior and positive attitude to positively team KPI performance. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high guest standards.
• Clean and professional personal appearance
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in independent and team environment.
• Familiarity with cleaning and minor repair practices desired. Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and use a ladder for job duties.
