Morgantown Mall is very excited to offer your organization the opportunity to participate in our annual Magical Night of Giving, a special pre-holiday, after-hours event designed as a major fundraiser for local non-profit organizations.
How does Magical Night of Giving work?
On Sunday, November 9, 2014, Morgantown Mall will open its doors to ticket holders at 6pm. Ticket holders will be invited inside to participate in huge mall savings, in addition to prize drawings and holiday entertainment. We will provide tickets for interested groups to sell to the public for $5. Agencies selling tickets keep 100% of the proceeds.
In addition, Morgantown Mall will award $800 cash to the agencies selling the most tickets. First place will receive $500. A check for $200 will go to the second highest, and $100 for the third highest.
Why will customers purchase tickets to this event?
Discounts! We will hand each ticket holder, as they enter the mall, a Magical Night of Giving program highlighting all of the retailers’ special offers and all door prizes.
Door Prizes! We will award a door prize every five minutes during the event. We are already working on gathering great prizes, including a shopping spree to Morgantown Mall!
Entertainment! Morgantown Mall will schedule local choirs, bands, and entertainment throughout the mall. Previous years’ performers included the WVU Juggling Club, Morgantown Dance Company, vocal students from WVU and the University High School Choir. Also, Santa and Mrs. Claus will make a special stop at Morgantown Mall for Magical Night of Giving.
We are committed to making this event a success for our retailers, shoppers and most importantly for you and your organization. If your organization is interested in participating in this year’s event or would like more information, please contact Sarah Shaffer at 304-983-6200 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
